Mr. Henry Lin is currently Vice President for Corporate Development and Licensing with Covidien Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Covidien, Henry worked for Honeywell Asia Pacific as Vice President for M&A. Before that, he had worked as a Vice President for Corporate Development at Huawei Technologies. During his time with Huawei, he successfully led a number of high-profile M&A transactions amounting to US$6B and established its Corporate Development Organization from scratch. Prior to joining Huawei in 2000, he had worked in Singapore and Hong Kong in Corporate Development and Treasury roles.
